Course Content Accessibility - Dyslexia

Hi,

I've recently been requested to convert some of our learning content to a more accessible format for a learner with dyslexia. I'm aware that I can adjust the background for the blocks that make up my course pages, so switching from white to light green is fairly straightforward. However, I notice that I can't change the intro text or the contents - is there a way to adjust the colour of the menu so that it is more accessible?

I also want to change the font. Again, I know I can make some changes in the 'Themes' setting, so finding a Sans Serif font was quite easy, but is it possible to adjust the font size and the line spacing, for example? 

I'm sure I'm not the first person to have this kind of requirement so if anybody has any suggestions or tips they would be gratefully received. Many thanks!
