Course ending in eFront before learner can click Print Results Button

• Storyline 360
• eFront LMS

I created a course that has a quiz at the end. The learner must receive at least 80% to pass. 

Steps I took:

• Added the ten slides with questions – set the attempts to one
• Added a Quiz Results Slide
  • Set the passing score to 80%
• Added a Print Results Button (changed the file to the way I want it)
• The Quiz Results Slide Triggers
  • Show Layer Success

When the timeline starts on this slide if Results.ScorePoints > variable Results.PassPoints

• Show Layer Failure

When the timeline starts on this slide if Results.ScorePoints < variable Results.PassPoints

• Submit results 1.34 Quiz Results

When the timeline starts on this slide

• Print results 1.34 Quiz Results

When the user clicks Print Button 1

• Success Layer Triggers
• Failure Layer Triggers

PROBLEM:

When I view it on Scrom Cloud, it works perfectly

When I view it on eFront, it closes before I can click the Print Results button
