I'm happy to help narrow down the issue!
First, have you tried testing the course in SCORM Cloud? That would help us determine if the issue is file-specific or LMS-related. It sounds like this issue is only happening for a select number of users, is that correct? If so, are there any commonalities with how they're viewing the course? Some examples are which device, browser, security settings, etc.
If you're comfortable sharing the file with us here or privately in a support case, we'll test it ourselves as well! All files will be deleted from our systems once troubleshooting is completed.
