Course Manager On Maternity Leave & We Need To Export Course to LMS
A course within my team is owned by a member who just went out unexpectedly on maternity leave. Baby was about 4 weeks early and she had planned to export to LMS this week. We have a course collaborator on our team, but he is unable to export the course since he is not the owner. We will absolutely not bother the course owner, so what other avenues do we have to export this course? This is a somewhat urgent matter as we are on a tight timeline to get this onto our LMS. We are not able to log into her account, as our company is very tight on security concerns.

The quickest and easiest by far is to have the Course Owner export the course, or to have the Course Owner change the status of the Collaborator to Course Manager.

As mentioned previously, she is on maternity leave and will not be able to be reached for 8 weeks.

In that case you will need to contact the person in your organization that is the administrator of your Articulate 360 Team account.
Have the administrator remove the seat of the person currently on mat leave, and have all of her courses assigned to another team member.
That process will automatically make that team member the owner of all the courses that were just transferred.
