Course minimizes when opening/clicking a link.

I have a problem that has recently started in Chrome browser when trying to open a link from within a course. When clicking a link, for some reason the course now minimizes wh...
The support engineer had me restore the course down to half screen size so we could click on the link and it opened on the other half and we could see that the course itself wasn't minimizing. Maybe it's just behavior of Chrome itself? The issue kind of went away.
