Course not completing everytime in LMS

Hi there, I have a course in Storyline 360 - it has mulitiple videos that are on "lightbox" slides, but the course completion is set to the amount of slides minuts the video slides. When I upload the course to SCORM cloud it is completing - but it is not always completing on the LMS that the course is hosted on. I am not sure of the percentage of incompletes but I am wondering if there is a potential issue with the lightbox feature that is causing this to happen?

    Hi Susan,

    The course working on SCORM Cloud would suggest that this is an LMS issue. Have you checked with them about this?
