Course not moving to completion in edge browser
We are testing the Articulate Rise Scorm 1.2 package, we found that the assessment score and completion status is not communicating to the LMS even though we got 100% in assessment
The issue appears only in edge browser and working fine in Chrome.
when we relaunch the course after completing, it takes us to the assessment question number 5 instead of wrapup page
Iam using the Absorb LMS

We tested the old rise course package in edge it was working fine, the package which we recently published has this issue.
Thanks
Thank you for opening a support case for this issue, Surya! It looks like John Carlo is awaiting a copy of your course for testing. Please let us know if you have questions about how to send that copy to him!

Alyssa, could you advise if a solution was identified?
Hi Samantha! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you are encountering.
How are you publishing your courses? Are you using Scorm 1.2 or SCORM 2004? As indicated in this article, "Some LMSs were impacted by Google's decision to end support for synchronous XHR. If the problem only happens in Google Chrome or the Chromium-based version of Microsoft Edge you may need to check with your LMS admin or provider to see if you need to update your system."
You can also test your course in SCORM Cloud and compare the results with your LMS. Should the issue be specific to how your course behaves in your LMS, I suggest opening a case with them to further troubleshoot the issue.

What was the resolution for this?

I'm also interested to know what the solution is.
We are having ongoing issues with Storyline and Rise courses not sending completion to the LMS (SAP SuccessFactors) when the user is in Edge. This is the most commonly used browser by far so it is starting to have a big impact.

Afternoon Ash, are you still experiencing this issue? We have the same issue and have continued to send our users to Chrome.

For storyline, if we use lot of variables and lot of content. Sometime the communication to LMS doesn't happen properly since SCORM 1.2 had some character limitation
Try publishing in scorm 2004
