Hi Pauline,
To help clarify, did you run an update on Articulate 360, or did you update your course in Articulate 360 and republish?
It sounds like you see some odd behavior, either way. Since you see these issues in both preview and a published format, it's possible the update didn't go as planned.
A quick repair of Storyline should do the trick, but I'd also check to ensure your file is saved locally when editing. If you've verified this, share your file with our support engineers, as they can review it for any snags that are causing this loading issue to appear!

I ran the update then updated and republished the course.
I tired your solution and it has worked.
