Course Resume visits already viewed content

Hi everyone!
Good news! We are no longer seeing this bug in the latest version of Storyline 360 (Build 3.72.29699.0) where an object's state will not be saved or remembered after clicking to show layer when a course is relaunched and the player Resume property is set to “Prompt to resume” or “Always resume”.
To insure you don't continue to see this bug download the latest version of Storyline 360 via the Articulate 360 desktop app. Here's an article on how to do that.
Please let us know if you're still noticing the issue, and we'd love to continue troubleshooting with you in a support case.

Thanks for reaching out. I do not have a resolution to share with you regarding Wendy's issue above. A bug report was filed, but it was related to states and layers, and it sounds like you are running into a different issue.
With your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
