Course Shows Up as Half-Complete on the LMS Even Though I Completed It

I created a course in Storyline 360 that has a quiz where the passing grade is 80%. The client wants staff to be able to complete the course regardless of their passing status and take it up...
Sometimes it's helpful to test the course in ScormCloud or even Reach to see if the course is configured properly. If you are getting completion in ScormCloud then you can be more confident that the issue is on the LMS side and nothing is wrong with course.
