Crash or Frozen?
Hi DeanneDao!
Sorry to hear that you've run into this setback!
Storyline freezing, or crashing can sometimes be caused by authoring directly off of a network drive. Can you confirm your .story file is stored on your local hard drive? Also, are you receiving any error reports when the crashing occurs? If so, it would be helpful to see a screenshot of the error.
If you're already working locally, but the issue persists, please try a repair of your Storyline installation.
Let me know how it goes!

Thank you, Steven -- Yes, SL 360 is installed on my local hard drive. I will attempt the repair now. Thanks again!

Hello! I'm experiencing this after I insert a character in Storyline 360. Please see image.
When I go to close the SL 360 window, I am prompted to click SAVE, but the application just keeps spinning or I get the hourglass icon and it is persistent. I go into Task Manager to end the task, otherwise I'm not able to click on anything.I have uninstalled and reinstalled Articulate 360.
I have cleared out cache and temp files and rebooted by PC.
My SL 360 projects are saved to the local hard drive.
Any other ideas? Thank you kindly.- StevenBenassi2 months agoStaff
