Crash or Frozen?

Is anyone experiencing crashing or "freezing" in Storyline 360 today? This is happening when I insert a Character, or when I added a new State to a character. I've checked for updates and ...

Sorry to hear that you've run into this setback!
Storyline freezing, or crashing can sometimes be caused by authoring directly off of a network drive. Can you confirm your .story file is stored on your local hard drive? Also, are you receiving any error reports when the crashing occurs? If so, it would be helpful to see a screenshot of the error.
If you're already working locally, but the issue persists, please try a repair of your Storyline installation.
