Create link to policies in Sharepoint
Hi clever community
Complete novice here creating an induction program in Rise, and now trying to develop a section in Storylines where people are required to read company policies linked to an external sharepoint, and acknowledge they have read the policy before moving on to the next one.
Any step-by-step guide/advice or pointing to a tutorial would be greatly appreciated!

SharePoint pages involve some issues that may bite you. First, all people taking the course need to be able to see the SP site, so they (or their group, like Business365) need to at least have visitor permissions. Also, the course takers would need to be in the office or using VPN (unless you're on SharePoint Online and let the whole world see your site).
You could keep in simple in Rise.
- Use the embed block to host your SharePoint site
- Have a Checkbox list with one item underneath it with the acknowledgment copy
- Have a Continue divider asset beneath that, which is locked until the acknowledgment is ticked
