Creating a New Course with Rise 360 AI Assistant

I recently started using the Rise 360 AI Assistant to create courses from PowerPoint presentations. However, I’ve noticed that when I use a PowerPoint file as source material, the AI Assistant does not include any graphics from the presentation, such as software screenshots and flow diagrams. Is there a way to ensure these graphics are incorporated when generating the course?

  • Hi Steven,

Thank you for your response. I hope this feature will be available soon, as I believe it would greatly assist those with instructor-led content in PowerPoint who need to convert it into online training.

    Best regards,

  • Hi GinoPolesell382,

    Great question!

AI Assistant's Course Drafts in Rise 360 extracts and uses the text content from your PowerPoint slides to generate a course. However, it does not pull in embedded graphics such as screenshots, diagrams, or other images from the source file. At this time, there isn't a way to automatically import those elements as part of the AI generation process. I do see the value in having that functionality, and I've submitted this as a feature request on your behalf.

In the meantime, AI Assistant can generate its own images based on the content and context you provide.

However, if the exact images from PowerPoint are required, you'll have to import them manually into Rise 360 after the Course Draft process completes.

Please let me know if you need anything else!
