Critical error whilst uploading to Cornerstone
Hi, I'm trying to upload an exported Rise 360 course (Scorm 1.2) to our Cornerstone LMS but it's raising a critical error as shown in the attached image. I have removed all duplicate fonts from within Themes and re-exported, but I am still getting the same error.
Any advice?
Hi, Minal! If you're still getting stuck with this error, our Support Engineers would love to help. Simply open a case here, and attach your SCORM output file to that case form. We'll test it and let you know what we find!
