CTRL I shortcut in Articulate Rise

Hi,

The CTRL+I shortcut does not work in the Bulleted list block with Mozilla Firefox 120.0 (64 bits).

These are the information from the web page that are displayed.

An idea ? A bug ?

Best regards.

  • Hi Laurent!

I understand that CTRL-I does not work in Mozilla Firefox 120.0 (64-bit).

I tested this in the latest browser version of Firefox, 121.0 (64-bit) and it is working. Please update your browser to the latest version.

  • Hello,
Unfortunately, the problem persists with Firefox 122.
Please note that this works fine in certain types of blocks, but not in numbered list blocks.
    Best regards.

      Hi Laurent,

I'm happy to chime in! Unfortunately, the CTRL+I shortcut, which is usually assigned to the "Italics" function in most websites, has been overridden by the "Page Info" shortcut in Firefox. This means pressing that keyboard combination in Firefox will bring up the "Page Info" window instead of italicizing the selected text.

I recommend using Google Chrome when authoring in Rise 360 for the best experience.

  • Hello Eric,
    Thanks for your reply.
I'll make a note of all this useful information.
    All the best,
