Cursor randomly jumping back while typing

I have similar behaviour in the Notes section. It only occurs if I use the ® (registered trademark) sign.

In my view, it is a bug, which can be prevented in my scenario by omitting the ® or adding it after editing the text (which is a nuisance, but if the lawyer insists all ® are put... 🤦‍♂️)

    Thanks for sharing your experience! I tried to replicate this in a new Storyline course by adding the registered trademark symbol (®) in a multi-line text box in the Notes pane, using the Alt+0174 method. In my testing, I didn’t see the cursor jumping.

    Can you let me know how you’re typing the symbol on your side? That might make a difference in reproducing the issue. Also, does it happen in a brand-new, simple course, or only in a particular project?

    I’m sharing a screenshot below, along with the sample file I used.

    The Notes pane is behaving as expected.
