Custom Accessible Quizzes for Tabbing

I successfully created a tabbing drag-and-drop, which was also tab-friendly.

Then I moved to MC questions and have not found an answer on how to make custom MC tab friendly. I see that there are a lot of shout-outs for assistance, but there appears to be no solution. So my follow-up question is, can anyone recommend custom quizzes that are also tab-friendly other than drag 'n drop? If you found a video which I/ others can refer to that would be GREAT!
