Deleting description in marker
How can I delete the description in the marker label? I want to have text just can't seem to delete the 'click to add description' text in there as well.

This is no good. The description box is still visible, albeit slightly, but still visible. See snapshot. I want to delete it completely. How can we do that? Thanks.

If you leave the body of the marker text blank, it should appear as blank as well if you preview or publish your course.
If this isn't the behavior that you're currently experiencing, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the text that you're trying to delete, as well as how it appears when you preview your slide so we can better assist you?
