Department/ Team-specific content on Articulate Rise
Hi everyone,
I'm creating a course and would love to filter the content to team-specific so that the learner clicks their own department and all the content is relevant to them. I know this is possible in Storyline, however I have recently moved to a mac and it is not accessible on macs (I've also spoken to our tech team about the virtual environment but this is not available at the moment).
Has anyone ever created team-specific content on Rise and happy to share what interactions you've used for this?
Thanks so much!
Hi VanessaOllivier,
It's great to hear that you are exploring Rise 360. I have a few ideas I'd like to share with you!- It sounds like you’d like one course that includes all of the content needed for each team. Is that right?
- One thing you can try is inserting a Buttons Block. Depending on the button they select, the learner will be able to go to the specific lesson needed.
- Speaking of lessons! You can create separate lessons for each department within a Rise 360 course to help point folks to different topics. That way, all the content will be accessible within one course, but each specific team can simply navigate to the lesson they need.

- Another option is to create separate Microlearnings so your teams can have bite-sized content specific to their department.
- I created a sample microlearning using one of our templates so you can get an idea!
Do you have any specific pieces of content you are looking to create or showcase? It would be helpful to learn more about your goals and needs While branching in Rise 360 isn’t exactly possible, there are ways to work around this with current functionality.I'm curious if others in the community have any inspiring examples to share as well!
Looking forward to hearing from you!
