Dials on a mobile device

Hi everyone

Having issues with getting dial interactions to work on a tablet. 
Working fine on a desktop using the mouse but no effect trying to press and drag them round on the mobile device. 

The device is a Lenovo IdeaPad if that helps, so a tablet that has a detachable keyboard. Running Windows, failure to work on Edge and Chrome
