Difficulty with quizzing and mutliple responses

I'm new to both instructional design and using Storyline. The university I am studying ID at uses Storyline 3. I can seem to figure out basic transitions, but I'm struggling with allowing for quizzing with multiple answers (the two truths and a lie format.)

It's a very basic question, but how I get the correct/incorrect prompts to render when two correct or incorrect answers are selected?
