Digital accessibility

Hello everyone, 

Can you explain to me how to customize the components present on storyline in order to add digital accessibility attributes ? 

In preview mode, storyline lets me inspect code similar to HTML, but the changes I make in devtools are not saved when I publish the project. 

Is there a way to access the code without using devtools in preview mode?
