Disable Quiz Results in Rise?
Is there a way to disable the quiz results in Rise. We love all the question options in Rise, but don't want to score our learners.

Am I missing something or is there currently no way to STOP Rise from showing the correct answers after user enters an incorrect response?
Hey there, Shelly. You can turn off the option to reveal answers in your quiz settings. Let me know if that's not what you're looking for!

It is but I do not have that option.
Hi Shelly!
Feedback will show immediately after the learner answers the quiz question. However, it sounds like you want the learner to go back and read the feedback after they complete the entire quiz, is that right?
I'll let our team know you have a need for that feature!

I wanted a way to give custom feedback after an incorrect answer (that tells them where they can go back and find answers), and custom feedback after a correct answer (that includes a link to their personalizable badge of honor). They should only be able to get to the badge if they've completed each activity in its entirety and retrieved the badge words "hidden" throughout the course. I know I probably gave you more information than you wanted, but this is why I didn't want to reveal the answers at all - just give the feedback.
Thanks for the context, Shelly! That use case sounds like a good use of Storyline 360. You can build the quiz in Storyline, customize the feedback any way you like, then embed it in Rise 360 using a Storyline block.
You can track the Storyline block quiz score by choosing the quiz tracking option when you publish from Storyline to Review 360, and then choosing to track the Rise course by the Storyline block.
In that scenario, the quiz score will be sent to the LMS, but question-level details aren't sent to the LMS for Storyline blocks.

Yes, a custom quiz in Storyline is my solution. Thanks!
Hi there, Kavitha! Rise doesn't send knowledge check to your learning management system. It's best to use a quiz lesson so you can track how many people have accepted and declined based on Passes/Failed status.

Any word on disabling the results in the result slide? Any alternative to this?
Mike
Hi Mike! If you need to track the learner's score, there won't be a way to hide the quiz results from the learner's view.
If you don't need the learner's score, however, you can create a lesson with knowledge check blocks which don't get reported to the LMS, and are assessed individually, simply as correct or incorrect.
Thanks for checking in, Whitney! Rise 360 doesn't have an open-ended question type right now, but you could try embedding a survey from a third-party tool (like Google Forms) using a Multimedia Embed block.
Use this iFrame code format for easy embedding:

Hi, as there isnt a survey feature - I have adjusted the labels and would like to hide the results slide. I need to report back on the answers so a SL block isn't sufficient, plus SL only gives you 10 options. If there any updates on this?

I'm also looking to disable the results page in Rise. I need to be able to have students complete steps to log into a different system, and then take a code from the system and enter it into a fill in the blank question in Rise. If they enter the wrong code, I want to be able to tell them to call us, but right now it looks like they failed a quiz.
Hi there, Bailey. Your option here may be to create a lesson full of knowledge check blocks. The difference will be that knowledge check blocks will always show correct/incorrect feedback for each question, and you can't track them in an LMS. But you have more control over what else you include in that lesson, and you won't have a results page!

Yes, there is a way to bypass the scoring. Here is the workaround.
Do not create it as knowledge checks.Follow the steps.
1. Create a lesson title: for example, Knowledge check.
2. Click add content, and select create lesson.
3. Click block library (located on leftmost side)
4. Select knowledge check.
5. Create the desired KC, and voila, no scoring.Hope this helps.
