disallowing forward seeking - iphone not working in Rise
I leave the allow forward seeking unchecked for videos which works on a desktop computer but doesn't prevent forward scrubbing on an iphone? Anybody else have this issue or knows how to prevent forw...
Hi Gerry! Thanks for reaching out! Rise.com has no control over the player on a mobile device, however, if "allow forward seeking" is off, even though you can seek and scrub forward it will instead jump back to where you left off and play from there.
If the video is actually jumping forward, please record the issue and provide the iOS version and mobile device version. Then, please share these details in a case with us here and we'll investigate further!
