Display layer name with variable
Hello,
Using Storyline, I want to show the name of a layer on screen using a variable. Is there a way to capture the layer name and then show it on the screen?

Storyline doesn't have built-in variables for layer names.
You could use a trigger that adjusts a custom text variable to the layer's name when a layer's timeline starts. However, you'd have to enter each layer's name in the corresponding trigger.
Depending on how this text is used, it might just be simpler to just use separate text boxes (for example, if this is just to show the layer name as a title).
