Docebo won't trigger completion of Rise SCORM file

Hi All - I'm very stuck trying to get my LMS, Docebo, to trigger completion (or even save the place) for someone completing a Rise file. When they complete the training, it isn't logging the comp...

Yes, we are experiencing this issue still after many, many support tickets, support chats, and we even finally got on a call with them a couple of weeks ago and we've not come to a resolution yet.

Angela, are you publishing to xAPI or SCORM 2004? IDK whether that has anything to do with it, but at Zillow where I experienced this with Docebo, we used xAPI.

    I have published in both xAPI and SCORM 1.2 and it happens for both. We actually have additional issues when we use SCORM versus xAPI. 

    And by that, I mean, at random we experience the issue of completion not triggering for both types of files but when we publish in SCORM it is harder for me as a LMS admin to tell if someone truly finished a course and got stuck by this bug than it is for me to get the same info. from a course published in xAPI.
