Does anyone else find Rise is slow these days?
Hi Everyone!
I’m happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!
This update fixes the issue that was causing slowdowns while authoring course content. There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!
If you’re still experiencing slowdowns, first please ensure any browser plugins have been disabled. Also, when working with large scale courses, some slowdowns are expected. To remedy that, we suggest breaking larger courses down into smaller pieces.
If you have questions about this update, or the issue you reported, please connect with our team through a support case.
Thank you!
Getting the same Hazel. I don't have AI on my version but been getting issues like you since AI was released.
- Typing taking time to catch up
- Divider button crashes when being edited (when you try to go back into your course it shows that you are still in the course so you have TO TAKE CONTROL to get back into it)
I reported it to Articulate Support and apparently, it's something on my side and was asked to look into my browser settings. Now, if you try to edit the divider button text, for each letter that you type the cursor jumps to the end of the line. So the best way to get the edit done is by deleting all of the text and starting again.
Positive update from me:
- Just tried to edit a Divider block and it's working great again!
- Typing speed is also back to normal so thank you Articulate!
