Download comments - scene numbers and CSV formatting

When downloading comments, the scene numbers don't come out as straight text, they format to general. This leaves off the ending zero for slides 10, 20, 30, etc. (i.e. Scene 1.10 will show as Scene 1.1 on the comments). If the column is formatted after download, it doesn't know that it should be 1.10. This is sending members of the team to the wrong slide if using the export to work on updates/changes. This is causing a lot of confusion.

Has anybody developed a way to mitigate this? One suggestion I would make from a default program standpoint is to number the first 9 slides in a scene as X.0X - so scene 1, slide 1 would be 1.01.

Then is there a way to define the format for the download make the scene a number so Excel of sheets knows what to correctly do with it?

Thoughts? Comments? Thanks!
