Duplicate Font when Publishing Rise course

Hi,

I am having a problem when publishing some Rise courses.  See the attached files.  There is a duplicate font sometimes being added to the library of fonts.  This is causing the course to crash when loading to our LMS.  I have 13 courses that are identical, except for content, and this has happened only for 2.  

The strange thing is that when I unzip, then rezip the SCORM output package, the issue resolves.  I.e. the duplicate fonts are removed.

Any thoughts?

    Hi James! I see you're having issues loading your course in your LMS due to fonts getting duplicated. You mentioned that this only occurred in 2 out of your 13 courses.

    I'd recommend opening a case with our support team here so that we can have a more in-depth look at your concern. Our engineers may also request a copy of the Rise course together with the font you used (if not prebuilt) for further troubleshooting.
