No more e-mails when publishing a course

Hi, I am looking for the setting that allows me to DISABLE the sending of an email when publishing a course. The download starts automatically anyway, so the additional e-mail is, for me, unnecessary.
Where can I turn this off?
Or is there no way to do that? Which I then regret, and hereby indicate as a new feature to be developed ;-)
