Edit/publish block templates
Hi,
I'm trying to publish several block templates to our team in Articulate Rise, but I'm running into an issue.
According to the instructions, there should be a pencil/edit icon next to the block templates that allows me to edit them and enable "Publish to Team". However, I only see a trash/bin icon that allows me to delete the templates.
Could you please advise how I can edit these block templates and enable the "Publish to Team" option? Is there a permission or setting that I might be missing?
I've attached a screenshot for reference.

I tested this on my end and was able to reproduce the same behavior. It appears to be a bug where the Edit icon isn't displayed for block templates, leaving only the Delete icon available. This prevents you from editing an existing block template to enable the Share with team option, even though our support article describes that workflow.
This issue has already been reported to our engineering team, and they're actively investigating it. We'll keep this discussion updated and let everyone here know as soon as we have any news to share.

As far as I know you can only do it when you save the block template. Tick the share with team checkbox. To share any you've already created, you can just add the block templates to a Rise course and save them back as block templates again making sure to tick the box
Yeah that's an option, but I have maaany of them which I need to share with the team. As stated on Articulates website:
Share an Existing Block Template
You can also share block templates you previously created. Here’s how:

Open a Rise 360 course, then edit an existing lesson or create a new one. You can choose any lesson since you won’t make changes to the lesson itself.

Open the sidebar by clicking All Blocks in the blocks shortcut bar or using the insert block icon that appears when you mouse-over a boundary between blocks.

Select the Block Templates category in the sidebar, then hover over the block template you want to share and click the pencil icon that appears. (You can only share block templates you created. You won’t see a pencil icon for block templates created by other team members.)

Mark the Share with team box, then click Done.
But this doesn't seem possible.
