eLearning Epiphanies Newsletter

Just wondering whether the eLearning Epiphanies Newsletter is still coming out weekly? The last time that I received one was at the end of May. I have had trouble with the work email blocking them so was trying to check and see if the distribution of the newsletters has been impacted by COVID-19?

    Yes, we did take a short break from sending out the Epiphanies newsletter! We resumed the newsletters last week. Do you mind confirming that it's not in your SPAM folder?

    We'll be happy to send over the newsletter if you haven't received it!

      Hi Lauren, thanks for the response. I am still not receiving the newsletter and it isn't going to my junk or SPAM folder. Unfortunately I have tried following this up through our work IT. They have indicated that the problem may be that the newsletter is being filtered out a the highest level as it is sent by a bulk email distributor.

    I haven't been getting mine either since we changed over to Gmail. Is there a place I can sign up again?

    You can re-sign up for the Epiphanies newsletter by following these steps:

    1. Log into your Account Management.
    2. Click on the Your Profile section.
    3. Select Manage next to your Email Preferences.

    As Lauren suggested, you may also want to check your spam/junk folder to see if it's getting filtered!

    Our marketing team confirmed that the email tied to your E-Learning Heroes profile is subscribed for weekly Epiphanies, and I found the related support case you opened. I looped in Robert—who you worked with from our team—in case we need to communicate directly.

    As a next step, could your IT staff add epiphanies@elearningheroes.com to your allowlist?

    I'm happy to update the subscription for your account here in E-Learning Heroes (looks to be a work email address). Could you let me know how often you'd like to receive Epiphanies (weekly or monthly)?     Arrrggghhh, I have stopped receiving the eLearning Heroes emails again. Are they still being produced and distributed? I have made contact with our organisation's IT department, and they have indicated that no emails seem to have hit the service from @elearningheroes.com for quite some time. I had added epiphanies@elearningheroes.com to my list of safes enders.

      Thanks for reaching out!

      I'm sorry to hear you're not receiving these. Great call checking with your IT department. When did you last receive an Epiphanies Newsletter? Is it possible you were unsubscribed? You can follow these steps to make sure you're signed up:

      1. Go to https://www1.articulate.com/epiphanies.html
      2. Type in your email address.
      3. Choose whether you want to receive the emails weekly or monthly
      4. Click "Save Preferences" at the bottom of the page

        Hi Kelly

        I have just checked in my archives, and it is indicating that the last time I received a newsletter was in January 2024. I had checked my email preferences prior to contacting my IT Department but I have followed the below process again.

        Not receiving the newsletter is disappointing as they are full of ideas.

    Thanks for the update on what you're seeing in your email. We want to be sure you have inspiration coming your way. Happy to help!

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Please fill out this form with your email and preferences for marketing emails.
      • As Kelly mentioned earlier, go ahead and click on "Save Preferences" at the bottom of the page when you're finished.
    2. Then, go ahead and click on this form and insert your email along with your preferences again for either weekly or monthly emails. 
      • Same as the other form, please click on "Save Preferences" at the bottom of the page.

    Once you've completed filling out both forms, you should be all set to be receiving emails again!

    If you have any other questions or difficulty seeing these emails, just let us know.
