eLearning LMS Content Review - When and How
Hello NancyGoodman,
It's great to hear you want to strive to keep your content current, as this will be helpful for your learners.
- You mentioned you are utilizing three LMS platforms. What platforms are you currently using?
- Is your team reviewing courses in the LMS, or are you utilizing Review 360?
I want to share this helpful E-Learning Maintenance Checklist to provide guidelines for structuring your revisions. We also have an article about streamlining the review process that could inspire your team.
I'm curious to hear community insight on this topic so they can share their personal experiences and best practices for scheduling their review cycles!
Looking forward to hearing from you!

We have two separate instances of HealthStream and the 3rd is SuccessFactors. The 3 applications are a result of acquisitions. We need to ask our facilities and clinical staff to review courses in the LMS mainly because they are not ones we have created. We are mainly wanting to review content to determine if it can be retired, should be replaced with a different course, or needs to be submitted for clinical/business review and updated. It is not a process the organization currently undertakes. It is something we need to implement so we can prepare for a future transition as an organization to a single LMS platform.
