Embed Video Error
I have an instructional designer who is unable to embed videos and receives an error. This is an isolated issue as others can go into his course and embed the video without error. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

- What video file type is your designer using? Here are some best practices for inserting images and videos into Rise 360.
- What browser are they using the author in Rise 360? Do they notice a difference in the ability to embed the video if they try opening Rise 360 in a different browser?
