Embedded video has several minutes of dead space

Hello,

I've been experiencing this issue with Storyline 360 for several months now. I insert a video (.mp4). When the course is played back through preview mode or via the LMS, there are several minutes after the end of the audio in the video that is just blank, silent dead space. I've tried to edit the video in Camtasia, however the dead space does not appear in the actual video file. I've tried trimming it in Storyline and it trims too much because again - it doesn't seem like the dead space exists in the actual video. This is why it makes me think it's a Storyline 360 issue.

I added an exit button when the audio ends for the learner to click to exit the course to avoid the lag at the end.
