Enable screen reader support during preview not working
Using SL 3.88.32474
Using Jaws 2022 screen reader.
This option is checked in the storyline option.
Screen reader not reading in preview.

Thanks for reaching out! JAWS should read the slide's content during preview if this feature is enabled. For best results, Storyline requires the latest screen reader version. Can you try using the latest version, JAWS 2024.2405.83, and see if it helps?

I am having the same problem, but I didnt know there is a setting to enable the screenreader during preview. Where can I find it?

Happy to help! To enable screen reader support during preview, go to the File tab on the ribbon and click Storyline Options. Then tick the box below.
