Error downloading PDFs
Hi,
I have recently created a rise course and published onto an LMS (the course is available to all users).
When downloading the PDFs in the course it presents error for the download. It is not...
Hi Katie! If downloading attachments works for some users and not for others, it could be a browser permissions issue. Could you share a screenshot of the error these learners are seeing?
Also, I would suggest that those learners open the course in another web browser to see if the same error happens there.
