Error importing XLIFF file

Hi, I use notepad++ for editing xlf files, it structures the files very nicely, too.
For conversion or translation (if you have API access to for example Deepl), I am using HERO Translate, which works very well. I mostly use the Excel conversion, because our translations usually need some editing from a native speaker. Too many very specialized technical terms and company guidelines 🤦♂️
It really had transformed my life!
