Error Loading Course on Apple Products - iPhone, iPad
Hi there, we are experiencing the same issue on our LMS and SCORM cloud. Articulate Rise courses will no longer run. I briefly see the 'Your content is loading' message and then the course is blank.
Has anyone else been able to fix this yet?

I'm still working with the Articulate support team to find a resolution. This issue seems to be stumping everyone. Going on 6 weeks and still no resolution.

I'll let you know if I'm able to fix it, but as courses built in other tools are ok, it has to be an issue with the output from Rise and I would expect Articulate to fix it.- KellyAuner21 days agoStaff

I'm happy to help!
First, I'd like to confirm that you're using the most up to date version of Storyline 360. We're currently on Build 3.118.37034.0, which fixed an issue where videos were blank when viewed on iOS devices. You may need to republish your course after updating. If the issue persists, please let us know so we can connect you with a Support Engineer in case!
