I'm also having issues on all e-learning contents, where the loading always failed on iPad (got an iPad 5th gen, iPadOS 16.1), for both Chrome & Safari.
We tried with our technical team through virtual iPad, and got the same issue on most configuration:
Any fix we can apply?
