Error Report
I get this error code 5-6 time a week. (attached file) Not doing anything fancy or crazy just dropping in pictures or audio or even just opening the file. NO consistent pattern. I have sent in comments every time it comes up but never heard anything. I have to close it and reopen to get rid of the red "X".
Anyone else having similar issues? Thanks.

It looks like you're missing the attached file of the error. Feel free to share in this discussion, though I'll try to offer some help in the meantime!
- First, are you working from your local C: drive, and not a network or flash drive?
- Are you able to save and close the project? From there, you can try to import the project into a brand new Storyline file.

I'm curious if the issue happens in any course you are working on or just this particular one?
- If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise you to import the file into a new one and proceed.
- If it's happening in any/all files, you should conduct a repair of your software.
If you'd prefer to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening, you can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
