Help! In Storyline I can't get to illustrations...
I'm getting an error when I try to search for content. It says, "An error occurred while searching. Got status code unauthorized while attempting to GET..."
This was my diagnostics. Can anyone help?

Try logging out of the Articulate 360 app and signing back in. Not sure if this will correct the issue you're experiencing, Kristen, but it's worth a try.

That doesn't sound right. Steve had a great suggestion: sign out and sign back in again. I'd also recommend ensuring that you've followed the steps to enable the network endpoints and ports listed here.
