Unable to publish in review and to connect to articulate servers
Good morning everyone. For the past two or three days (perhaps coinciding with the annual license renewal, but I'm not sure), when I try to do text-to-speech, the software tells me "unable to connect," even though I am actually connected. The same thing happens when I try to publish in Review 360: when it gets to the upload step, the message says something went wrong. Additionally, and even more strangely, the Articulate 360 app doesn’t show me the desktop apps (see screenshots, please). What’s going on? I’m stuck.
Thank you for your attentiojn and happy new year.
Hi FrancescoBerio-!
Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!
Please try singing out of the Articulate 360 desktop application completely, then signing back in. However, if the issue persists, please connect with our team through a support case.
They'd be happy to continue troubleshooting with you!

Hi there, thank you.
I did that but no luck.
I had to reinstall everything. Now it seems is working.
Thanks again and happy new year.
Thanks for letting us know reinstalling resolved this for you, FrancescoBerio-.
Feel free to reach out in the community in the future with any questions or discoveries!
Happy New Year to you as well! Have a great start to 2025!

Same issue for me starting yesterday. Here are the steps I've taken to resolve the issue:
1. Uninstalled all the Articulate apps.
2. Cleared the temp files using %temp%\Articulate\Storyline in File Explorer.
3. Unzipped and ran as admin: http://articulate-360-kb.s3.amazonaws.com/360cleanup.zip
4. Rebooted computer.
5. Reinstalled the most recent Articulate 360 and Storyline x64 from: https://360.articulate.com/downloads/all
6. Attempted to publish and fail.
NOTE: Yesterday, I received a failure to publish error due to my internet connection. I was able to overcome that error by using the steps above. Today, I was getting stuck (clocking when uploading course) and was able to overcome that. I now just get the Failure to publish error, but no actual error was received.
And none of the apps display under Desktop.Hi Julie!
Sorry to hear you're also having trouble accessing the Articulate 360 desktop apps, and publishing to Review 360!
I see that you're working with my colleague Darwin, through a support case. We can continue the conversation there to keep all information in one spot.
