Audio not playing on Incorrect feedback layer

Hi all,

I have found this problem with a question slide that I have created in an assessment that I built in Storyline. I have attached a copy of this with that one question where the problem exists. If you get the question right (and it's obvious that it's the first answer!), on the correct feedback layer the audio plays as it should. BUT... get it wrong and the audio does not play even though it exists on that layer!

I have looked at the triggers and updated Storyline but just cannot see what has caused this. Maybe this file has been corrupted?

Any ideas?

    Hi Keith,

    Your question attempts are set to "Unlimited." Therefore, I think that the learner will never see the "Incorrect" layer. Instead, they are taken to the "Try Again" layer. Your "Try Again" layer looks identical to the "Incorrect" layer, only it doesn't have the audio that you have on the "Incorrect" layer.

    You can either 1) add the audio to the "Try Again" layer, or you can 2) adjust your attempts number on the question slide.
