Error uploading Rise course to SABA

Having a similar issue with a SCORM 1.2 published Storyline file, looks like the Identifier starts with a "_" but not sure how to fix this, or even if it's the problem
Don't know if anybody has any insight?

It looks like Mick replied to your e-mail with some feedback and troubleshooting steps to try. I'd suggest giving those a shot to see if that improves behavior.
