Error when trying to publish using Storyline 3
Good day. My LMS administrator told me the course is not working in the LMS (SuccessFactors), as the course does not work. When I try launching the course from a file from the published zip file, for testing purposes on my end, I am receiving an error message (I've attached screenshots),
Here is the error message: "An error has occured: Error - unable to aquire LMS API, content may not play properly and results may not be recorded. Please contact technical support. Press OK to view debug information to send to technical support."
After I click on OK, I get the next screen which shows the course trying to load and nothing happens (no further error messages displayed). Has anyone come across this error and any way to get this resolved? I do need this course published for learners to complete the required training. Thank you for your assistance.
