Errors when uploading Articulate module

I did a disk clean up on my laptop yesterday as I was having storage issues. Now when I try to upload the Articulate file from my laptop onto the LMS (LMS 360) I’m getting lots of errors (as per screenshot attached). I have restored all the deleted files but the recycling bin fills up with the files in the second screenshot below when I try to upload the module.

Not sure if it’s an issue with my Articulate programme?

I’ve also asked a colleague to try upload the module but it is failing for her too. I’ve also tried uploading files which previously worked fine and am getting errors with them now too.

Anyone have any ideas?

I am having the same issue.  Furthermore, when I upload to 360 many slides are missing or out of order when in Story view they are fine.

  • Looking at the second file, you deleted a lot of the graphics. Did you cleanup a lot of different files or just .story files? I think you may need help from corporate and need to submit a help ticket.

  • Hello Leaders Childnet and Julie,

    Happy to chime in!

You'll want to ensure that all of the files in the published output generated by Storyline 360 are included when you upload your courses to your LMS. If any of these files are deleted or excluded, there's a chance that your courses will not work properly.

You can test your courses in SCORM Cloud to verify if they are still intact and complete. If your courses do not launch properly in SCORM Cloud, possibly due to files being deleted from your computer, you'll need to republish them again for LMS distribution to fix them.
