Hello all!
I am facing an issue with Cornerstone. A company we send files too is encountering an error message when loading into their system that the course.des file wont load.
Has anyone else encountered this and have any suggestions?

We have been using CSoD for the past 2 yes. I have not come across that
error message. Can you provide more information? Like scorm file
type..what are your publishing settings

The company requested the four course files along with the URL. The majority of their courses loaded with a few exceptions. I am attaching a screen shot of the error message.
