Course not being marked as complete despite user doing everything needed of them.

Hi Team,

We've created a 7 chapter Rise learning course. 

There are two quizzes that the users are required to pass (with at least 80% i.e. 4/5 questions correct). Some users are reaching the end of the course and being unable to mark it as complete in our SuccessFactors system.

On reviewing their learning, they will have typically 88% completion. When the quizzes are passed at 100% then the course itself will also go up to 100% and they can mark it as complete.

I'm not sure what's causing this behaviour and indeed how the 88% figure is reached. Is there a way of allowing users to pass the quizzes with the minimum score required (80%) but still have the overall course marked at 100% when they reach the end of the course?
